TeenChallenge class:
for dogs 6 to 18 months old

This class is designed especially for dogs at their worst stage : 6 to 18 months : canine teenagers! It is not by chance that most dogs abandoned at Spca are in their teens. The cute puppy have grown, has tons of energy, but is certainly not calm and mature. It can be hard on his Humans!
The Teen Challenge class will teach you how to communicate efficiently with your young dog, how to react to his teen behaviour, what to expect in the months to come, how to teach him good manners, ask him to be respectful, and develop his very best potential. We want every canine teenager to grow into a model canine citizen!
Monday nights 7pm to 8pm
Session lasts 6 weeks, starts January 18th 2010
Max. 6 dogs per group.
cost: 150$ for the session.

6 weeks / 1hour per week

clicker training: the most effective and fast way known today to communicate and teach new things to your dog. Learn it to reach easily far beyond the basics!

Introduction to Puppies (2 to 4 months):

This course is designed to start you and your puppy “on the right paw”. You will learn how to “read” your dogs body language and how to anticipate how they may react in different situations. You will also learn to work with your dog in the basics, such as “sit”, “stay”, “down”, and other useful techniques using the clicker. The clicker method will be explained and demonstrated from the start of the program.
